![]() It was supposed to have a roll in shower but it didn’t. The bathroom was filthy and the floors were dirty. There was rust so thick on top of the lamps between the beds. I realize it is a beach hotel but it is not maintained at all. We had to park outside the hotel parking and walk in. The parking garage was 3 floors but there was not one available spot open. The check-in process was so disappointing because of the rude staff. We had a handicapped person in our party and she couldn’t even get to the lobby because there were steps and no ramp. From the moment we arrived until we left we had nothing but problems. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. I would stay again but I’ll probably try another hotel on my next MB stay It’s average at best but I’m sure it would be a good value in the off-season. The pools were clean and the access to the beach was easy Now on to the cons: The parking was ATROCIOUS!! This hotel shares a parking deck with the neighboring hotel blue and at night it is impossible to find a parking spot in the deck that you are essentially paying $12 a day for! Every night we got back around 11pm and had to park across the street The elevators are so small my family of 4 could barely fit in the same elevators with our luggage All in all, as most hotels during the summer at MB this hotel is overpriced. We were placed in the older tower which I didn’t understand why because we had a junior suite but the room itself was fine(just a little outdated) The breakfast Buffet at vista 9 was $20 per adult and $10 which was a good value for the beach but for the price of the room it should have been included. Apparently there are two different towers with one being more up to date than the other. Upon entry you are given wristbands for the pools/arcade and bowling center. ![]() Average hotel on the myrtle beach boulevard.
